Exam Accommodations
Evaluation in Florida.
Already have an ADHD or learning disability diagnosis and need documentation for the LSAT, MCAT, GRE, GMAT, SAT, ACT, or other professional licensing exam? This is for you.
Dr. Dagmar E. Nuñez, Psy.D. provides comprehensive neuropsychological reports built to meet the documentation standards of major testing organizations — so your request has the strongest possible foundation.
Who This Is For
Documentation built to meet rigorous standards.
This service is designed for adults who already have — or suspect they have — ADHD or a learning disability and need an evaluation report to support an accommodation request with a testing organization.
- Law school applicants seeking extended time or a distraction-reduced room for the LSAT.
- Pre-med and medical students who need MCAT accommodation documentation from AAMC.
- Graduate school applicants applying for GRE or GMAT accommodations.
- College students who need SAT or ACT documentation for re-testing or dual enrollment.
- Anyone with prior documentation that is outdated (older than 3–5 years) or was rejected by a testing organization.
Testing organizations each have their own documentation requirements. Dr. Nuñez is experienced in preparing reports that address the specific standards of LSAC, AAMC, ETS, GMAC, College Board, and ACT, so your documentation stands on solid clinical ground.
What You Receive
A report that does the work.
Comprehensive Written Report
A detailed neuropsychological report with your DSM-5-TR diagnosis (if criteria are met), objective test data, clinical history, and a clear rationale connecting your diagnosis to the accommodations you are requesting.
Specific Accommodation Recommendations
Extended time (10–100% additional), distraction-reduced testing environment, stop-the-clock breaks, sit/stand option, and note-taking assistance — recommended only where the data supports them.
Organization-Ready Documentation
Reports are written to satisfy the documentation requirements of LSAC (LSAT), AAMC (MCAT), ETS (GRE), GMAC (GMAT), College Board (SAT), ACT, and other professional licensing exam bodies.
Feedback Session
A 30–45 minute session to review your results, understand what the data shows, and walk through how to submit the documentation to your testing organization.
How It Works
From intake to
documentation ready.
Clinical Interview
60–90 minutes
A thorough review of your current concerns, developmental and academic history, and any prior evaluation or treatment records. Prior documentation is reviewed at this stage to determine what additional testing, if any, is needed.
Testing Sessions
4–8 hours
Standardized cognitive and neuropsychological tests measuring attention, processing speed, working memory, executive functioning, academic achievement, and related areas. Testing may be completed in one session or split across two to minimize fatigue.
Report Writing
7–10 days
Scoring, interpretation, and integration of all test results and clinical history into a comprehensive written report with diagnosis and accommodation recommendations designed to meet testing-organization standards.
Feedback Session
30–45 minutes
Review of results, diagnosis, and recommendations. You leave with the final report and a clear understanding of how to submit your accommodation request.
Plan for 7–10 additional weeks after submitting your report for the testing organization to review your accommodation request. Start early.

Exam Accommodations Documentation
Yes. Reports provide clear rationales for accommodation recommendations grounded in objective testing results, designed to meet the standards of testing organizations such as LSAC (LSAT), AAMC (MCAT), ETS (GRE), GMAC (GMAT), College Board (SAT), and ACT. Each report is written to address the documentation requirements specific to the organization you are applying to.
Possibly not a full diagnostic evaluation — but you will likely need a current neuropsychological report that meets the testing organization's documentation requirements. Most organizations require an evaluation within the past 3–5 years, objective test data, a formal diagnosis, and a clear explanation of how your diagnosis affects performance in a timed testing context. Dr. Nuñez will review your prior documentation during the intake process and tell you exactly what is needed before any testing begins.
- Extended time: 10%, 25%, 33%, 50%, 75%, or 100% additional time
- Distraction-reduced environment: a separate, quiet testing room
- Stop-the-clock breaks as needed
- Sit/stand option during extended testing
- Note-taking assistance: audio recorder, laptop, or smartpen
The specific accommodations recommended will be grounded in your evaluation results and submitted only where the data supports them.
Testing organizations can take 7–10 weeks to review accommodation requests after you submit your documentation. Factor in the evaluation process itself (typically 14–21 days from first session to final report), and you should start at least three to four months before your target test date to avoid missing registration deadlines.
Insurance typically does not cover neuropsychological testing for standardized exam accommodations, because this type of evaluation is generally not classified as medically necessary under most insurance plans. A detailed superbill is provided for you to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Transparent pricing is given before you commit to testing.
Testing organizations look for four things: (1) a recent evaluation, typically within 3–5 years; (2) a formal diagnosis from a qualified professional; (3) objective test data that supports the diagnosis; and (4) a clear, specific explanation of how the diagnosis affects performance on a standardized, timed exam. Reports from Dr. Nuñez are structured to address all four criteria.
