This Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Reading this Site does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship between you and Dr. Nuñez or her practice.

2. No Therapy or Diagnosis Online

Filling out the contact form, scheduling a consultation, or reading information here does not constitute neuropsychological evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. A formal client relationship begins only after a signed informed consent and intake process.

3. Accuracy and Updates

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but make no warranties about completeness, reliability, or suitability for your particular situation. Information may be updated without notice.

4. Third-Party Links and Embedded Services

This Site links to and embeds third-party services (SimplePractice scheduling, Psychology Today, social media). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
